4. Who determines the selling price for my vehicle/RV?
As the seller, you determine your selling price. We will contact you with any offers received through our office. Offers will only be presented to sellers after they have been properly written-up and accompanied with a deposit. This will ensure that any offers presented by our office are genuine. The sale of your vehicle/RV remains a private sale between you and the buyer.

5. What is the difference between Park It & Sell It™ and a dealer consignment lot?
At Park It & Sell It™, the seller is involved with their sale and determines the final selling price for their vehicle. On a dealer consignment lot, control of your sale is transferred over to the dealer where they mark-up and determine the selling price for your vehicle/RV. A dealer will also collect and control the funds from your sale and must charge the GST on the final selling price. As the seller, you are not in control of your sale when you consign.

6. What if I need to drive my vehicle while it is for sale?
If you require the use of your vehicle while it is for sale, our Park It & Sell It™ system may not be suitable for you. A key component to our system is having the inventory on our lot and available for offers.
